How can I get the update of my orders & track it?

All shipping details are shared via

Can I change my order?

order if need be from your registered phone number only. However, it can only be done before the order is shipped or customized. 

What do I do if my order is damaged? 

Kindly WhatsApp us at +91 9310992662. We suggest all of our customers to make a video while opening the package. It helps us in 2 ways –
allows us to be a part of the happy moment of your experience with MOHAR. Also
if there is damage it is captured and we can take the product back, no
questions asked and offer a REFUND or REPLACEMENT.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If the order has not been shipped, you can let us know if you'd like us to cancel

Where do you ship from?

Parcels are shipped from Noida, via DTDC or Delhivery or Maruti Courier. If you'd like
to request another courier, kindly contact us. 

Where do you ship to? 

Domestic is available all across India, free of charge on orders above Rs.1499/- 
International shipping is also available at an extra charge, based on actuals.

How long does the order shipping take?

Orders are mostly processed between 24-48 hours and shipped. 
Shipping across India takes about 7-10 days.

Do you offer expedited shipping? 

Yes, there is an express shipping option for domestic shipping at 200/- extra.

Do I have to pay customs for International shipments?

Usually, there are no customs for the shipments, but in case any arise, specially in the case for EU, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for it.

What payment methods are accepted? 

PrepaidBank transfer - account details are shared once the order is placed.

Online payment: Credit card, net banking, UPI payments. 

Cash On Delivery: We do not offer COD facility.

What currency am I charged in?

You are charged in INR. For other currencies, kindly message us.

What if I'm not at home when the parcel is attempted for delivery?

Usually, you will receive calls from the courier partners when they attempt delivery of the parcels. However, you can keep track, and keep us informed if anything changes. 

Return Related

Do you accept returns? If so, what is your policy? 

We do not accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged. Kindly understand that small misprints are not considered defects or damages and are key to block printing processes. In case of any confusion before ordering, you can ask us as many questions as possible. There might be slight color differences in the digital and fabric colors, and that is not a ground for return.
